Jerry Salinas

Chief Financial Officer, Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc.

Jerry Salinas serves as group executive vice president & chief financial officer of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. and Frost Bank. Since joining Frost in 1986, Salinas has held various financial positions and was named treasurer in 1997 and chief financial officer in 2015. As treasurer, he was involved in all acquisitions and capital and debt transactions.

Salinas is a CPA and a member of the AICPA, TSCPA, San Antonio Chapter, and Financial Executives International. He currently serves on the board of Catholic Charities of San Antonio and is a former board member of the Alamo Public Telecommunications Council.

A San Antonio native, Salinas earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1980. Prior to joining Frost, he spent six years in public accounting with Touche Ross & Co.
