  • Six free withdrawals of any kind per statement cycle; $5 excess withdrawal fee after six withdrawals of any kind, with a maximum of 10 excess withdrawal fees for a total of $50 per monthly statement cycle

Opening your account

To open a Business Savings account, call (866) 376-7889 or stop by your local Frost financial center and bring:
  • Tax ID number or SSN if sole proprietorship
    Company’s Tax ID number (or Social Security Number if Sole Proprietorship)
  • Business entity documents
    Certificate of Formation, Certificate of Filing, Company Operating Agreement
  • Government-issued photo ID
    This can be a driver’s license, state ID or U.S. military ID for each account signer
  • Business information
    Business physical address
  • Minimum opening deposit
    You’ll need to make an initial deposit of $50 or more

You may also need to bring state certificate filings and entity minutes authorizing signers.
