Howard Kasanoff

Group Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

Howard Kasanoff became group executive vice president and chief credit officer on Jan. 1, 2023. He joined Frost in August 1992 and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He started as a credit analyst before serving as an associate relationship manager, commercial lending officer, production credit officer and manager of the credit officer group. In his present role, he serves as chairman of the bank's Loan Policy Committee and Central Credit Committee, and he oversees credit policy development, implementation, monitoring and concurrence for all lending activities.

A native of Harlingen, Texas, Howard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
