Total Rewards

Each day is an opportunity to exemplify our core values and put them to action starting from within. Our approach is to provide fulfilling long-term careers, with competitive compensation, and exceptionally robust benefits to every valued employee. We will continue to invest in our employees, by providing them the utmost commitment of integrity, caring and excellence.

COMPETITIVE REWARDS

Across all lines of business, we’re committed to maintaining a competitive compensation stance. On January 1st, 2022 Frost invested 15 million dollars to increase our minimum wage rate to $20 per hour, affecting approximately 1,800 employees across the state. Employees are automatically enrolled into our 401(k). All contributions are immediately vested upon enrollment and matched at 6% by Frost.

EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS

At Frost, we approach everything we do with integrity, caring and excellence, this includes the benefits we offer. It is our goal to provide our bankers and their loved ones with an exceptional benefits experience.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents.
  • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, disability, holidays, personal time off and bereavement leave.
  • Parental leave for primary and secondary care givers.
  • Life insurance at no cost.
  • Long term disability insurance at no cost.
  • Tax-deferred spending account available for medical and childcare expenses.
PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

We foster personal and professional growth with continuing education assistance, on-the-job training and development programs. Our goal is to support the professional and personal development of every employee. Our college tuition assistance program funded more than 1,400 employee tuition reimbursements for a total of more than $1,600,000 over the past eight years. We’re also working to expand this goal to their children as well. Since the program’s inception in 1998, the Tom Frost Scholarship has assisted 66 students and distributed $910,000. In 2023, this scholarship was awarded to eight children of employees, to apply towards their college education.
